“A code on the AC flashed and when we let ownership know there was a technician there within the hour:). A block from the beach was perfect. Back patio area could have been raked and cleaned up better but no big deal.”

“Checked in for an apartment unit at front desk. To get a parking pass, they tried to get me to sign up for an 90 min presentation for the timeshare. You are able to bypass that if you stick to it! Upon entering the unit though, the musty smell hits you as soon as you enter. Also unit didn’t have a stove in it like advertised. Went to Publix for a few things to have for the next day. Came back in to find a bed bug in the pull out couch!! I took the bed bug up to front desk wrapped in paper towel.……

“The manager Brittany was amazing. My mom had a crown fall in the sink and we asked her to get the maintenance guy- she said that unfortunately they don’t come to work u til night time (it was 8a. When I approached her ). Within an hour she had called in the maintenance guy and he got u to sink and found the tooth !!!!!! This is above and beyond service we are very grateful and thankful she saved us thousands of dollars and it was very caring. She deserves a raise for sure In addition to……

“Quiet location away from the tourist side of the beach. Had everything we needed for a chill weekend. Short walk to the beach through a neich hippie vibes low key villa spot.”

“What amenities? No pool. No Dining. No people skills. No nothing. Looked at room. Walked out. Gave the keys back to desk and told them to refund. GOOD LUCK Stayed at a lovely Hilton near by for just a little bit more. Stay away.”

“For a budget option this place was excellent and the staff was top notch. I had my mom and my three kids with me and we had a two queen bed suite. It was massive. Obviously since it’s an older place there are some things here or there that aren’t in perfect condition but that’s neither here nor there because everything was very, very clean and smelled clean. Definitely will be staying there again when I’m in the area.”
